    Position: Senior Customer Service/Order Desk Representative
    Location: Woodbridge
    Salary: $48,000 to $ 55,000 per year
    Job Type: Permanent

    We are searching for a seasoned Senior Customer Service/Order Desk Representative who is passionate about solving problems and ensuring that clients get the products they need.

    If you have worked for a manufacturing or distribution company where your team processed high-volume orders, we want to hear from you!

    Our client is looking for an Order Entry/Customer Service/Order Desk Representative who will act as a "bridge" to support the Customer Service team.

    Please note that you must have strong leadership to be able to support, coordinate, and facilitate structured process improvement activities that are aligned with the business goals and initiatives.

    We are also looking for an individual who can promote a culture of continuous improvements. The incumbent will be naturally curious about the way the process/operation works, be metrics and numbers-savvy, and will have an analytical mindset.

    He/she will have the ability to see the big picture and supervise the "grass roots" level to improve the customer experience, while working towards a goal of seamless flow.

    The perfect candidate will never be satisfied with the status quo, show success in following up and getting things done, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and constantly evolving customer care environment.

    To be considered for this role, you need to have:

    - A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field
    - Manufacturing or distribution experience
    - A proven ability to coach and develop other employees
    - Familiarity with implementing software as a service and/or technology solution
    - Experience working with an ERP system, such as JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle – preferred
    - Experience processing high-volume orders
    - Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite
