    Job Responsibilities:
    As Sales Manager of Niche, your main responsibility will be to lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team that focuses on selling ladies fashion and accessories and providing excellent customer service.

    Your specific duties in this role will include:
    - Making sales plan according to the company's sales target and implementing various sales strategies
    - Working out the budget of sales activities and controlling the costs
    - Recruiting, managing and training sales staff, standardizing sales process and achieving sales target
    - Offering excellent professional customer service to build good brand awareness and loyalty of customers, collecting customers’ feedback and improving customer service level
    - Understanding and exploring potential customers by observing, listening to and following up the customers’ request
    - Monitoring inventory, making reasonable adjustment to the goods in the store according to real sales situation and providing advice on goods display
    - Conducting the market research, keeping track of the market trend, and enhancing market competitiveness of the company
    - Supervising the sales situation of each sales staff and providing solutions to existing problems
    - Any other work related to sales

    Job Requirements:

    We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading a sales team competently and also creating a satisfying customer experience.

    Specific qualifications for the role include:
    - Bachelor’s degree or diploma
    - 3+ years’ sales experience, including 1+ years in management roles
    - Knowledge of fashion clothes industry or related industry
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to inspire passion and foster a sense of teamwork among staff
    - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and be target-oriented
