    As the Training Manager, you will provide support to the National Training Director, manage 2 Training Specialists, develop new on-line material, and focus on sale opportunities and recruitment strategies to increase revenue and market share.

    The scope of the role will be to manage the development, delivery and implementation of training programs for sales and recruitment to drive divisional profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    *Management and Program Delivery
    - Manage Regional Trainers in Montreal and Ontario
    - Hold regular meetings with Regional Trainers to review schedules and roll out plans to ensure effective training delivery and training feedback reports
    - Manage and develop trainers through personal coaching, feedback and observation in order to enhance their facilitation and coaching techniques

    *Development of New On-Line Training Courses and Constant Revisiting of Current Materials
    - Develop new on-line training content to make the training material more dynamic and accessible to the employees
    - Create and develop constant new training campaigns/refreshers to ensure the training team is always proactive with best practices in the recruitment industry
    - Strategize with Managers to understand industry trends/realities to build effective course material for delivery in divisional teams

    *Sales Focus to increase market share and recruitment strategies
    - Review and analyze internal database results and other reports to offer coaching opportunities to the Managers and to increase overall performance of their respective team
    - Proactively participate in regional networking events to build relationships in the industry and be a Quantum ambassador
    - Work on specific ‘’sales projects’’ with the National Training Director to increase revenue in existing or new profit center
    - Partner with Divisional Managers to identify coaching opportunities for team members in the areas of recruitment, account management, and new business development

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - 5 years of experiences in a training role with management experience
    - 5 years of experience in sales – must be very efficient at analyzing ratios and budgets
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with exceptional formatting abilities
    - Previous experience in ATS
    - Excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills (including facilitation techniques)
    - Proven track record in managing and delivering projects with budgets
    - Excellent leadership skills
    - Resourcefulness to create and implement new training programs to drive results
    - Ability to build strong partnerships with Managers to achieve sales and recruitment goals
    - An “out-of-the-box” and strategic thinker capable of optimizing training programs to help employees achieve higher results
    - Ability to travel between the GTA in Ontario and the Montreal region in Quebec, as needed – a must
